Commissions

Terms of Service

❅ I have the right to deny commissions for personal, moral, or legal reasons.
❆ Unless agreed otherwise, I retain all rights to all artwork as the artist, allowing me to use any artwork in my portfolio and on social media.
❅ The client may not monetize, commercialize, or use my artwork for profit unless agreed upon in advance for cases such as:
- Vtuber/PNGtuber models
- Streaming assets
- Merchandise
❆ The client and I will agree upon the timeline before payment.
❅ Commissions follow the process: Sketch -> Outline -> Base Coloring -> Shading -> Completion
❆ Clients can request a view of the commission WIP at any point within reason
❅ Client can make major edits after the sketching step. All major edits later in the process may incur additional fees and/or timeline delays. Minor edits can be made after outline, base coloring, and shading. Designation of major and minor edits are determined by my discretion.

Payment Terms

❆ The client must pay in full upfront unless agreed otherwise in advance.
❅ I accept payments via PayPal.
❆ If the client requests a refund, I will send:
- None back if the commission is in the shading step or later
- 50% back if the commission is in-progress before the shading step
- 100% back if the commission is not yet started
